A clear place to ask
For a new project, use the website estimate or email us with your goals, page count and timeline. For an agreed project, include its name, the page URL, what happened and the result you expected. Share screenshots if useful, with private information removed.
Support follows the agreed scope
The project agreement defines revision rounds, handover, response schedule and any maintenance plan. This is a direct Studio contact, not a 24-hour help desk. Never send passwords, API keys or full payment-card information by email.
Grievance & privacy contact
Pankaj Kumar is the proposed Studio contact for service complaints, refund concerns, corrections and privacy requests. Email the subject “Studio grievance” with relevant facts and your preferred reply address. Formal officer requirements, statutory response timelines and current-law applicability remain under pre-launch review. Applicable legal rights and remedies are not waived by contacting us.
Your feedback helps shape the Studio
Tell us if a link is broken, a sentence is unclear or an interaction is difficult. Email opens your own email application; the website does not submit a support ticket automatically.

नए प्रोजेक्ट के लिए लागत फ़ॉर्म या ईमेल में लक्ष्य, पेज और समय बताएँ। तय प्रोजेक्ट में नाम, पेज लिंक, समस्या और अपेक्षित परिणाम बताएँ। ज़रूरत पर निजी जानकारी हटाकर स्क्रीनशॉट भेजें।
तय काम के अनुसार सहायता
प्रोजेक्ट समझौते में बदलाव के राउंड, हैंडओवर, जवाब का समय और देखभाल तय होती है। यह स्टूडियो से सीधा संपर्क है, 24 घंटे की हेल्प डेस्क नहीं। ईमेल में पासवर्ड, API कुंजी या पूरे कार्ड विवरण न भेजें।
शिकायत और गोपनीयता संपर्क
सेवा शिकायत, रिफंड, सुधार और गोपनीयता अनुरोध के लिए प्रस्तावित स्टूडियो संपर्क Pankaj Kumar हैं। ईमेल का विषय “Studio grievance” रखकर प्रासंगिक जानकारी और जवाब का ईमेल दें। औपचारिक अधिकारी की ज़रूरत, कानूनी जवाब की समयसीमा और लागू वर्तमान कानून की समीक्षा बाकी है। संपर्क करने से आपके कानूनी अधिकार या उपाय समाप्त नहीं होते।
